29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1)(i)(A): Periodic and regular inspections of each power press were not conducted to ensure that all of its parts, auxiliary equipment, and safeguards, including clutch/brake mechanism, anti-repeat feature, and single-stroke mechanism, are in safe operating condition and adjustment: a) Heat Set Area; On or about March 7, 2017 an at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to caught-in and amputation hazards in that employees were allowed to operate heat set winder number 311 with unguarded work cells.
