On or about March 16, 2017 at or near 121 Maranes Circle, Maumelle, AR 72113, the employer exposed employees operating nail guns to struck-by hazards by not providing them with safety glasses to protect their eyes from flying objects. This condition could cause physical harm to their eyes and or face.
