29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): 29 CFR 1904.29(b)(1): A log of all recordable work-related injuries and illnesses (OSHA Form 300 or equivalent), was not completed in the detail as required by the regulation: a) Description(s) of recordable injuries on the 2016 OSHA 300 Log (Column F) did not include information on the object or substance that caused injury. Among the recordable injuries with object / substance omitted from the description in Column f was a 9/30/16 finger laceration caused by utility knife, a 11/17/16 sprain of a worker's hand that got caught between two rotating coating pans, and a finger fracture by a manager who caught her hand in the hinge opening of a door upon entry to the office on 12/5/16. Condition(s) were noted on or about 3/13/2017.
