Among the recordable injuries with object / substance omitted from the description in Column f was a 9/30/16 finger laceration caused by utility knife, a 11/17/16 sprain of a worker's hand that got caught between two rotating coating pans, and a finger fracture by a manager who caught her hand in the hinge opening of a door upon entry to the office on 12/5/16.
