The description in Column F did not describe the object that caused the cut or the injury.       c) On or about October 11, 2016, a recordable injury occurred when an employee was stung by a bee.  The description in Column F did not describe the object that caused the bite.       d) On or about October 7, 2016, a recordable injury occurred when an employee strained his right shoulder when placing a tool in a rack.  The description in Column F did not describe the object that caused the strain.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
