Ware, MA 01082: On or about 03/20/2017, the employer did not provide effective training to employees about health hazards associated with lead toxicity which includes, but is not limited to: reproductive/developmental toxicity, central nervous system, kidney effects, and acute toxicity effects.  Six bulk samples of removed paint were taken on the second floor where employees were engaged in paint removal and painting activities. The analytical results were received on April 10, 2017 and revealed lead concentrations between 0.17% to 6.5%.
