29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use. At the construction site, an employee worked from a job-made work platform that was elevated by a tele-handler fork lift not specifically designed by the manufacturer exposing the employee to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 20 feet.
