29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     (a)  Jobsite, Gym Roof:  On or about April 4, 2017, two employees were not protected from falling while they were walking/working along an edge of the gym roof.  The employees were taking measurements.  The fall hazard to these two employees was about 16 feet to a lower roof.     (b)  Jobsite, First Floor Roof:  On or about April 4, 2017, two employees were not protected from falling while they were walking/working along an edge of the first floor roof.  One employee was carrying two pieces of plywood and a second employee was walking to move two saw horses.  The fall hazard to these two employees was about 13 feet to the ground.
