29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(1): The employer did not determine the 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI) in accordance with either paragraph (d)(2) or paragraph (d)(3) of this section. On or about March 21, 2017, polishing operators were required to perform grinding operations on stainless steel parts and the employer did not perform initial air monitoring to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI). There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
