On or about March 21, 2017, polishing operators were required to perform grinding operations on stainless steel parts and the employer did not perform initial air monitoring to determine the 8-hour time-weighted average exposure for each employee exposed to chromium (VI).   There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
