29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): When information indicated that an employee's exposure equaled or exceed the 8-hour time-weighted average (TWA) of 85 decibels, the employer did not develop and implement a monitoring program: a) Production bay: On or about March 15, 2017 and at times prior thereto; the employer had not implemented a sampling and monitoring program to determine occupational noise exposure in the productions bays. The operator of the CNC router: Komo VR 510, VR510MACH-ONE, SN 34800-03-01-01 is exposed to occupational noise above the 8-hour TWA, but below the Permissible Exposure Limit of 90 decibels.
