29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:    (a) On or about March 16, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a fixed charging cable in the warehouse outside the high voltage cabinet had proper strain relief where the outer sheath was pulled away from the terminus, exposing the inner wiring.     Abatement note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (See Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v):     a) On or about March 16, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a 30 gallon container of windshield washer fluid, a dilution of WERCS 303 Windshield Washer Tablets in water, had an appropriate chemical label affixed to it.      b) On or about March 16, 2017, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that a tank containing hydraulic fluid on an auto lift had an appropriate chemical label affixed to it.
