29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a)  At the east side of the job site employees were exposed to fall hazards, in that, employees were allowed to work from the second level of the scaffold - 13.7 feet high without guardrails, as observed on March 21, 2017.  MMC Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1118442, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on July 18, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1470 Taylor Road Montgomery, AL 36117.  MMC Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1037547, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 7441 W. Newberry Road Gainesville, FL 32605.  MMC Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 743721, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on February 26, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 104 Old Evans Road Martinez, GA 30907.  MMC Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316080167, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 593 Georgia 34, Suite 29 Newnan, GA 30265.
