29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about at 3/22/17 located at 4355 Atwood Dr., Cumming, GA: Employees were framing the roof of a house while on the roof, as a hammer was observed falling to the ground as employees was working below and they were pass up lumber overhead,  employee below were without hard hats exposing them to a struck by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.   On or about at 3/22/17 located at 4355 Atwood Dr., Cumming,  GA:  Employees were observed framing the roof and installing the roof truss system on a house that was under construction while using a pneumatic nail gun without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:   On or about at 3/22/17 located at 4355 Atwood Dr., Cumming, GA., Employees were observed and exposed to fall hazards, while framing the roof on a new house, employees were using a portable extension ladder to gain access to the roof, and the ladder was only 6- inches above the landing surface.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about at 3/22/17 located at 4355 Atwood Dr., Cumming, GA.,: Employees were observed framing the roof while working at the edge, the employer did not ensure that fall protection was used by the employees while exposed to fall hazards of approximately up to and between 13- 25- feet.  Vision Custom Carpentry, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926. 501 (b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 990751, citation number 1, item number 4, and was affirmed as a final order on 9/30/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 4110 Alister Park Dr., Cumming, GA.
