29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not continuously maintained free of obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency: a/ STG Logistics Inc., dba AZ Container Freight Station/2001 Lower Rd/Linden, NJ 07036 - Throughout building: 1-West Fire Exit Door in the Rack Area by Dock Door #25 was blocked by pallets and merchandise. 2-SouthWest Fire Exit Door near Dock Door #31 blocked by discarded wood, metal, miscellaneous materials and snow. 3-North Fire Exit Door near Offices blocked by bicycles, pallets, metal and other materials. Condition noted on or about 03/17/17.

29 CFR 1910.110(f)(6)(ii): Containers were not in a suitable enclosure or otherwise protected against tampering: a/ STG Logistics Inc., dba AZ Container Freight Station/2001 Lower Rd/Linden, NJ 07036 - Throughout building: 1-Next to Dock Door #25 an (1)empty propane cylinder was stored outside of the cage. 2-Near the Southwest Fire Exit Door near Dock Door #31 an (1)empty propane cylinder was stored outside of the cage. 3-Next to Dock Door #31 an (1)empty carbon dioxide cylinder was stored outside of the cage. Condition noted on or about 03/17/17.
