29 CFR 1926.251(b)(1): Alloy steel sling(s) did not have permanently affixed durable identification stating size, grade, rated capacity, and manufacturer: On or about March 27, 2017, and in times prior thereto, a steel chain sling was being used to lift hydraulic shoring materials at the construction site. The chain did not have an identification tag on it exposing employees to the hazards of being struck by materials and equipment.
