29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Location: 2301 Bend Road, Pacific, MO Two construction laborers were observed working from a JLG Articulating Boom Lift s/n 0300065778, m/n 600SJ, without personal fall arrest systems (PFAS). The workers were exposed to an approximate 16 foot fall hazard.
