29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about 03/22/2017 on the roof of building #1101 N. Wymore Rd., Maitland, FL, employees were exposed to a 9.2 ft. fall hazard while removing and installing shingles on a 6/12 pitched roof, in that, fall protection was not used.
