29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: On or about March 22, 2017, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting roofing operations approximately 32 feet high on the residential apartments under construction were protected from falling by utilizing the personal fall arrest system.
