29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) M-Anbujo at 216 Fly Line Drive, Silverthorne, CO 80498: On and before March 3, 2017, the exposing employer did not ensure that an employee was protected from injury, in that an employee conducting decking work on the second story of a residential home was not utilizing a fall protection system when working around or egressing an unguarded stairway. The second story stairwell did not have a guardrail system. This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 10 feet from the second to the first floor.
