29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) Daniel M Palmer at 1655 Winona St. Denver, CO: On 1/19/2017, the controlling and exposing employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction and who was framing the second level was protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards of up to approximately 11 feet.
