29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each employee using ladders and/or stairways had been trained by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways: a) United BMW - On March 16, 2017 and at times prior, the employer did not provide training on the safe use of ladders, in particular the proper use and placemen,t in that an employee was using a Weber fiberglass 10 foot A-Frame ladder closed and propped against the wall on top of an oil tank.
