29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a. At the workplace, in the North battery charging area where employees were exposed to battery electrolyte while water levels were checked and added to batteries of powered industrial vehicles, there were no suitable facilities to provide a fifteen minute continuous flush of the eyes within the work area for immediate emergency use.
