Construction Site: On or about March 22, 2017; one employee was observed working on a wall without utilizing the fall protection equipment he was wearing, he did not connect his lanyard to an anchor. This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazards.       Sol Contractors Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1141169, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on July 7, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7680 N. Loop Dr. El Paso, TX 79915.
