OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that the employer failed to recognize the potential hazard of flying objects or struck-by hazards:     a) On or about 03/17/2017 - Foundry #3, employees operating a Case 1840 skid steer were utilizing a chain attached to a furnace inductor and the step of a skid steer for the removal of residual brass from the inductor.
