29 CFR 1910.141(a)(5): Vermin control. Every enclosed workplace shall be so constructed, equipped, and maintained, so far as reasonably practicable, as to prevent the entrance or harborage of rodents, insects, and other vermin. A continuing and effective extermination program shall be instituted where their presence is detected. On or about 24 March 2017 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide a continuing and effective extermination program to prevent rodents from entering the restaurant, exposing the employees to the hazardous health effects due to rodent feces and disease.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening whwere they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910. On or about 24 March 2017 and at times prior thereto, an electrical panel of less than 600 volts was obstructed by a storage shelf, exposing the employees to an electrical shock hazard.
