29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: (a)West side of building on roof - On or about March 23, 2017 employees framing the roof were installing wood blocking were not protected from falling with the use of any fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems which met the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926:00:00 (a) West side of building - On or about March 23, 2017 employees were using concrete stairway and landing to gain access and exit the building that was not protected with a railing.
