29 CFR 1910.37(a)(1): Exit routes shall not have flammable, explosive, combustible gases or flammable furnishings stored in the exit route:     2302 Beaver Valley Pike - Employer did not ensure that the path of egress was maintained clear of flammable gasses. Four, 40 lb propane tanks were positioned outside of the South West exit door and were connected to a manifold to provide fuel to interior heat and lights of the building thereby, exposing employees to fire hazards on or before March 24, 2017.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
