29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Electrical wiring, South Packsize Machine's cutout knife switch : On March 23, 2017 and at times prior thereto, the flex cable outer casing was pulled away from the connection to the cutout switch enclosure which put the stress directly on the internal leads and exposed employees to electrical hazards such as but not limited to electrical shock.
