29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about March 21, 2017, at Lot E90, 4042 Ellington Drive, Grovetown, Georgia:  Two employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips, nails, and sawdust while operating circular saws and nail guns without wearing eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about March 21, 2017, at Lot E90, 4042 Ellington Drive, Grovetown, Georgia:  Employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.1-feet when they worked from the unprotected edges and top plate of a house without using fall protection.
