29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.   a) On or about 03/27/2017 in building 5300, in areas such as, but not limited to, employees' locker room, storage area (warehouse) and hallways, the walls and ceiling where not kept in a sanitary condition. The air vents were dirty and there were spiders and webs in the hallway.
