On or about March 23, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry operations from the roof were exposed to falls, greater than twenty-five (25) feet, created by the presence of unprotected sides. b. On or about March 23, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing carpentry operations around unguarded window or door openings were exposed to falls, greater than twenty-five (25) feet, created by the presence of unprotected sides.
