29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2): Warning line systems did not consist of ropes, wires, or chains, and supporting stanchions erected in accordance with (f)(2)(i) through (f)(2)(v) of this section: While employees were working on the low sloped roof, 14 feet high: a) the warning line system did not have high-visibility material attached to the line at least every 6 feet. b) the warning line system was connected to the stanchions in a way that allowed slack and drooping of the warning line.
