On or about March 27, 2017, in the flour process room where employees were exposed to a caught-in, struck-by and electrical hazards when performing maintenance to the flour processing machines without utilizing written energy control procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy.

LA ESPIGA DE ORO WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1156638, CITAITON NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 11 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 23, 2016, WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF AUGUST 25, 2016 , WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1202 W. 15TH ST., HOUSTON, TX 77008.
