OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, including severe burns, to employees in that employees were exposed to dust explosion, deflagration, or other fire hazards from dust collectors being located inside a building:    (a) Location - 16 Avenue E, Hopkinton, MA:    On or about 3/29/2017, enclosureless dust collectors located indoors throughout the production facility are designed to operate in excess of 5,000 cubic feet per minute, are located in close proximity to means of egress, other enclosureless dust collectors, and areas routinely occupied by employees, and the dust that is collected is not removed at least daily.     The dust was tested and determined to be a dust explosion class St 1 explosive dust by the Salt Lake City Technical Center.
