Thornton Industries, Inc. - On or about 3/29/17, and at times prior thereto, the company had not performed an annual periodic inspection of the lockout/tagout procedures with authorized employees. The employees perform servicing and maintenance on equipment including, but not limited to, CNC boring mills.
