(b) Headquarters Lobby: Employees are exposed to becoming entrapped in the event of a fire due to the South designated exit door not being marked an "EXIT".  THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 913225, CITATION 01, ITEM NUMBER 003 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 6, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, SEQUOIA AND KINGS CANYON, ASH MOUNTAIN MAINTENANCE FACILITIES, 47050 GENERALS HIGHWAY, THREE RIVERS, CALIFORNIA 93271.
