29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. On or about March 14, 2017 at approximately 10:30 am, under the Derma Surgery Center sign, the employer was allowing employees to use a Makita XAG03 Grinder to flash/grind the area around the sign without having eye protection.
