29 CFR 1910.1020(e)(2)(i): The employer did not provide access to employee exposure records relevant to employee: a) JB Hunt Transport - On or about June 26, 2017, A Trailer Technician performing welding, was not provided a copy of or access to the exposure records the employer developed which documented employee exposure to toxic substances during trailer welding operations. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
