29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(F): Temporary lights were suspended by their electric cords when such lights and cords were not designed for suspension:  (a) 9th & Boardwalk, Ocean City, NJ:  On or about 03/28/2017, employees were exposed due to the fact that temporary lighting in the facility had been hung and supported by the electric cords.  The socket casing on the lighting strings were designed to be used as the supporting/connecting points.  Dadds Electric LLC was the electrical contractor that installed the lighting and thus the exposing employer.
