29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above the floor or platform were not enclosed: (a) In the southwest corner of the production shop, a 50 d.p. chain driven by a 50B11 sprocket and being used to provide motion to the 5 gal. bucket mixer was not protected by guarding exposing employees to caught-in, pinch point and crushing hazards.
