29 CFR 1910.95(m)(2)(ii)(E): The employee audiometric test records did not include the employee's most recent noise exposure assessment: (a) Olympic Steel, Incorporated - The employee audiometric test records provided by Occupational Medicine of York did not include the most recent noise exposure assessment, on or about April 6, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
