29 CFR 1926.757(a)(1): Except as provided in paragraph (a)(2) of this section, where steel joists were used and columns were not framed in at least two directions with solid web structural steel members, a steel joist was not field-bolted at the column to provide lateral stability to the column during erection. Jobsite: Roof, Columns A13 and A14 Two roof columns were not framed in at least two directions. Joists were placed on the beam being supported by the inadequately framed columns.

Jobsite: Stair landings, Stairs leading from ground to third floor. Stair landings on stairs used to access the building's upper floors lacked 'filler' materials to the top edge of each landing.
