29 CFR 1910.28(b)(13)(i): When work was performed less than 6 feet (1.6 m) from the roof edge, the employer did not ensure each employee was protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, travel restraint system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Building 500 penthouse, Richmond, VA 23249: On or about March 29, 2017, and times prior thereto, each employee that performed work while on a low-slope penthouse roof within 6' from the roof edge, with an up to approximately 9'5" eave to lower level fall distance was not protected from fall hazards by the use of guardrails, safety nets or personal fall arrest systems. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
