ANTHONY LETT DBA PREMIER PAINTING AND CARPENTRY, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN THE OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1191318, CITATION 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED ON FINAL ORDER DATE FEBRUARY 3, 2017, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 7131 ROCKY ROAD LOOP, GULF SHORES, AL 36542.
