On or about March 21, 2017, during the installation of commercial glass at a job site located at 3217 Whipple Ave NW, Canton, Ohio 44718; the employer did not ensure employees working on a roof of a new construction Wendys restaurant were protected from a fall of approximately 11 feet by utilizing a fall protection system.
