OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards while performing tree removal operations: a. On or about April 1, 2017, at 8380 Red Holly Lane, Jacksonville, Florida, while performing tree removal operations the employer did not calculate the weight of a 4-ft X 6-ft section of gum tree trunk loads being removed, exposing employees to crushing hazards.
