29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(ii): Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 °F (37.8 °C), were dispensed into containers without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected.  On or about 3/30/17 at the Secondary Container Shed; the employer allowed employees to transfer flammable spray glue  (Toluene, Methanol) from a 55-gallon drum into a 5-gallon metal can without the nozzle and container being electrically interconnected; thus exposing employees to fire hazards.

On or about 3/30/17 in the Structural Shop; the employer allowed employees to operate the Delta drill press (serial #A15110224) without a guard over the chuck and bit; thus exposing employees to struck-by hazards.
