29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) On or about March 23, 2017 in the meat department, an employee operating a Hobart model 6801 meat cutting band saw with its blade guard adjusted approximately 3 inches above the bone-in beef fore shank being cut and manually holding the shank being cut was exposed to an amputation hazard.
