29 CFR 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B): 1910.333(c)(3)(i)(B) When an unqualified person is working on the ground in the vicinity of overhead lines, the person may not bring any conductive object closer to unguarded, energized lines than the distance given in paragraph (c)(3)(i)(A) of this section: On or about March 30, 2017, employees working on the ground removing street lights using an Altec DL/DM truck crane were exposed to the hazards of electric shock when the conductive metal street light they were moving contacted an energized overhead power line.
