29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): (v) A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in 29 CFR part 1910, subpart I, shall be worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. (a) In front of the restaurant - On or about March 30, 2017 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while changing a ballast and installing a new bulb inside a sign while working in bucket truck license number B20 5587. This employee was elevated 26 feet 5 inches above concrete without fall protection.
