The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures shall be permanent and continuous. a) 9th floor East Side On or about April 3, 2017 The laborer used a Makita Grinder which was plugged in by extension cord to fix recently poured concrete steps. The extension cord was plugged into a drop which was not grounded.
